Text entered into a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the information placed in your message and use it to answer you.

Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the site and identify useful pages. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Collected data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual visitors.
Privacy on Linked Websites
Links lead to City of Simi Valley pages, Ventura County offices, California agencies, courts, libraries, and outside search services. Information sent to one of those sites falls under its privacy policy rather than ours. Sponsored search results are also furnished by a third-party company with separate practices.

Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatically collected data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not share visitor data.

Public records held by the City of Simi Valley, Ventura County, Ventura Superior Court, or California agencies remain outside our control. Requests about those records belong with the custodian and may be governed by the California Public Records Act, Government Code section 7920.000 et seq., and other record-specific laws.
